Prize Value: Up to AUD $2,000

1. Eligibility

1. Entry is open Worldwide to those aged 18 years or over.
2. Entrants must be engaged and planning a wedding within the next 2 years. 
3. Employees, immediate family members, contractors, and affiliates of FauxgetMeNot Flowers are not eligible to enter.
4. Only one entry per couple is permitted.
5. Current customers booked with Fauxgetmenot are eligble to enter

2. Existing FauxgetMeNot Bookings

1. Couples who have already booked their wedding flowers with FauxgetMeNot Flowers before the commencement of this promotion are welcome and encouraged to enter.
2. Existing bookings will be considered equally alongside all other eligible entries.
3. If an existing FauxgetMeNot Flowers client is selected as the winner, the value of the prize (up to AUD $2,000) will be applied as a credit towards their existing wedding floral booking.
4. If the winner's existing booking is valued at less than AUD $2,000, no cash refund, credit balance or exchange will be provided for the unused portion of the prize.
5. If the winner's wedding floral package exceeds AUD $2,000, they will be responsible for paying the remaining balance in accordance with their booking agreement.
6. Existing bookings remain subject to FauxgetMeNot Flowers' standard Wedding Terms & Conditions.

3. Promotion Period

1. Entries open on 7.07.2026
2. Entries close at 11:59 PM AEST on 12.07.2026
3. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
4. Fauxgetmenot will then narrow it down to 5 entries & post on Instagram for the public to vote. 
5. Final winner will be notified Monday 20.07.2026 at 10am AEST

4. How to Enter

To enter, entrants must:

1. Follow FauxgetMeNot Flowers on Instagram.
2. Like the official giveaway post.
3. Tag at least one person in the comments (additional comments count as additional entries).
4. Share the giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tag @fauxgetmenotflowers_
5. Complete the official online entry form including:
   • Names of the couple
   • Wedding date
   • Wedding location
   • Wedding inspiration images or mood board
   • A short love story
   • Contact details

Incomplete entries may be deemed invalid.

5. Finalist Selection

1. After entries close, FauxgetMeNot Flowers will select up to five (5) finalists.
2. Finalists will be chosen based on:
   • Love story
   • Wedding vision
   • Creativity
   • Suitability for the campaign
3. Selection of finalists is at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
4. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Public Voting

1. Following the close of entries, FauxgetMeNot Flowers will select up to five (5) finalists.
2. The finalists will be showcased on the FauxgetMeNot Flowers website and/or social media channels for a public voting period.
3. Public voting is intended to help engage the community and will be considered as one factor in the final judging process.
4. FauxgetMeNot Flowers reserves the right to remove fraudulent, duplicate, automated or otherwise invalid votes at its sole discretion.

7. Winner Selection

1. The winner will be selected by FauxgetMeNot Flowers.
2. The final decision will take into account a combination of factors including, but not limited to:
   • Public voting results;
   • The entrant's love story;
   • Wedding vision and inspiration;
   • Creativity and originality;
   • Suitability for the FauxgetMeNot Flowers brand and marketing campaign.
3. Public voting does not automatically determine the winner.
4. The decision of FauxgetMeNot Flowers is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the judging process or outcome.

8. Prize

1. One winner will receive a FauxgetMeNot Flowers wedding floral package valued at up to AUD $2,000.
2. The package may include products such as:
   • Bridal bouquets
   • Bridesmaid bouquets
   • Buttonholes
   • Ceremony flowers
   • Reception flowers
3. Final inclusions are determined by FauxgetMeNot Flowers based on the winner's wedding requirements and available inventory.
4. The prize is not redeemable for cash.
5. Any value exceeding AUD $2,000 must be paid by the winner prior to delivery.
6. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or sold.

9. Wedding Date Requirements

1. The wedding must take place within 24 months of the winner being announced.
2. The winner must confirm their wedding date within 30 days of notification.
3. If the wedding is cancelled, postponed indefinitely, or moved beyond 24 months, the prize may be forfeited at the Promoter's discretion.

10. Delivery & Availability

1. FauxgetMeNot Flowers services weddings World-wide.
2. Delivery fees, installation fees, collection fees and freight charges are not included unless specifically stated.
3. Additional travel, setup, styling, installation or freight costs may apply.
4. The winner is responsible for any costs not covered within the $2,000 prize value.

11. Content & Marketing Consent

By entering, entrants agree that:

1. FauxgetMeNot Flowers may use submitted photos, inspiration boards, wedding images, names, love stories and related content for promotional purposes.
2. Finalists agree to be featured on social media, websites, email campaigns and advertising materials.
3. Winners agree to provide wedding photographs featuring FauxgetMeNot Flowers products for future marketing use.
4. No additional compensation will be provided for such use.

12. Lead Generation & Marketing

1. By entering, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from FauxgetMeNot Flowers.
2. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

13. Winner Notification

1. The winner will be announced on Instagram and contacted via email and/or phone.
2. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, FauxgetMeNot Flowers reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

14. General

1. FauxgetMeNot Flowers reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances arise outside its reasonable control.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or engages in conduct that may damage the reputation of the Promoter.
4. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
