We want you to LOVE your blooms — faux real. But if something’s not right, we’ll fix it.

✅ Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges within 48 Hours of delivery for:

  • Damaged or faulty items

  • Incorrect orders

Due to our bouquets being made-to-order, we unfortunately cannot accept change of mind returns. Please ensure you read the description, dimensions & information for each product. 

🔁 What to do

  1. Email us at info@fauxgetmenotflowers.com with your order number and a photo of the issue

  2. We’ll get back to you within 2 business days

  3. If approved, you’ll receive a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Returned items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty

  • We do not accept returns on custom orders, sale items or bespoke arrangements

  • Return shipping is at the cost of the Customer

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Loss, damages, or delays caused by the courier.
    • Expenses incurred during transit.

    In the rare event that your parcel arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours  of delivery with a photo of:

    1. The damaged box with the shipping label visible.
    2. The damaged item (both in one photo).

    We will submit a claim on your behalf to the courier service for insurance. Please note that a refund is not guaranteed, as the courier company determines the claim outcome. If the claim is rejected, we will work with you to find an alternative solution.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or custom orders. Please carefully review product descriptions and dimensions before placing your order. Additionally, we cannot accept refund requests for items that were received in good condition but later became damaged due to improper care. By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
